Say what you will, but Hololives biggest mistake of all time was not snagging up Pomu, Elira and Rosemi.
If they took Elira's clique too, they could have had Millie in ID and Enna aka the best singer in vtubing history.
Had Hololive took those, NijiEN would have had nothing.
Finana would have left and joined Vshojo and she would have fit in there perfectly.
Luxiem never would have happened because there would have been no Lazulight or Obsydia to kickstart their fame.
Pomu and Kiara would have been collabing all the time.
Rosemi would be being a cute cinnamon roll imouto which is something Hololive is lacking outside of maybe Irys.

I know you will rage at me and will kick and flail around in your heart you know what I say is true. You just can't see past the rage because of how bad things have gotten in the vtubing scene these days.
There's literally nothing wrong with the girls I mentioned, they're just in the wrong company and their talent alone gave Nijisanji EN enough influence to ruin everything by introducing the male waves which in turn brought in all of the faggots, trannies and women who plague our community now by turning the long term fans, the OG's, the ones who made vtubing be a profitable and sustainable form of entertaining the enemies. Just like they do in every other form of media they infect.

This all could have been avoided had Holive not rejected actual good talent for no reason.
