I dunno they're all just kind of OK. Even the girls that have years of experience and expensive equipment like Noel/Mel/Choco have fucked up settings or something because it never sounds as good as it should. There's just better options for ASMR outside of Hololive in general.

I like Choco and Mel a lot when it comes to their voice packs, but their streams could be a lot better. Not sure if it's equipment related, since I assume boice packs are recorded in the studio, but they have the biggest discrepancy.
In terms of streams, Mary is still my favorite.

Lamy is the only one good at doing asmr for sleeping, relaxation or triggers. Noel is carried by her KU100. Choco is good at being lewd and breathing but has garbage audio settings. Mel is just ok. FBK can be good sometimes. Okayu can do all of it and treats the mic like a delicate donut.

Uhh I membered to the doggerino and her ASMR is more hilarious and cute than anything. She keeps getting embarrassed during the session, not to mention her PC noise is really distracting.

For Hololive, Choco and Noel are probably the best. Mel is pretty good too depends on her roleplays. My favorite is Lamy though since she actually tries doing a bunch of sleep triggers stuff. No one beats the ASMR queen Patra though.
