We just need a good plan. Promote her in reddit, also make a hashtag on Twitter and this type of things. A superchat trying to help her set more realistic goals in the future wouldn't be a bad idea though. We can't save her always

She's just wasting her time with this stream. Anybody who subs to her from something like this isn't going to stick around for the long term anyway. Just looking through her channel, her content looks like copy paste of every other vtuber so what reason would anybody have to choose her over the hundreds of others? These indie vtubers don't seem to think about it from the perspective of the viewers so it's no surprise they stay a small indie forever unless they make a big change in what they're doing. She's been doing the same copy paste stuff for over a year and is still under 5k subs because her approach clearly doesn't work and she has made no attempt to change it, instead relying on pity subs from a long marathon stream that wont stick around after the stream ends.

No anon, our responsibility is to don't do that. Because doing that she gonna do it again and again because she reach the goal with pity subs. If she wants subs she needs to learn how to be a vt and offer content/things and search for more indies to group up and do party collabs no copy&paste corpo tubers style. Also get some sing lessons if she wants to offer as exclusive thing sing streams.
