Not really that hard since the game is generous with savepoints and you have unlimited lives.

And Mega Man games are still a little popular tho. Hololive girls occasionally play them. IRyS played Mega Man X last month.
Maybe when Stage 5 comes out, Flare will stream Nuinui Quest. I think she tweeted that she was interested in playing this fangame.
