Almost every entertainment website with any kind of money transactions takes a 30% cut from everything.
Youtube donations are still optional, but of course welcome, but if you ever wanted to perhaps sell your own video game for example on Steam you are dependent on it. That's why you will never get rich just by doing something except you are the best of the best or you are milking your flavor of the month discovery/recommendation algorithm.

Okay if you're going to count every penny, Gura ain't getting no 30% after taxes, retard. She'll pay at the minimum $93k in federal taxes if her income is $350k. That's $244k, then any state and local income taxes off of that. So I'd say anywhere from 20% to 24% is her actual cut.
