Diversify rather than put eggs in one basket. Interesting to hear management is scrambling to try and secure whatever audience did appear.

Altare is just the least entertaining in solo streams. Its between Axel and him, but but Axel at least has that "what is this retard gonna say next" energy that is honestly pretty fun. Altare's jokes however rarely land for me, and he just isn't as interesting. Altare is a good colab partner though, he plays a good punching bag which can be a fun mechanic in colabs.

I have an idea.
Japan is culturally a block of it´s on. Holo JP appeals to them at mainstream level. Talent pool is concentrated and easier to pick.

Same with ID to some degree, given that ID has been greatly influenced by Japanese media, they have a lot of Otakus in proportion with their population, or rather, more people willing to give a chance to vtubers. All you have to do is have a good handle of their internet culture. Also talent pool is easier to pick.

Now with EN, there is no one single block of culture, but several, all tied to the western internet culture. Talent pool is not concentrated but spread. This mess up the capacity for the talents to coordinate any big projects.
And the most pressing thing is that the EN culture, primarily NA and Canada and Europe, isn´t that receptive of vtubers as a whole, not unlike Japan or even the Indonesia.
My point is, that Holo EN, with Tempus and Gen 3 are considering to finally going to try a more Western approuch without sacrificing their roots entirely. Of course, this means the new talent arriving must be more competent than before.
