I don't know about PSVR but I had heard it didn't work with PC. Personally I own a Reverb G2 and I think its the best and cheapest option if you mainly want to use VR as a porn machine and want to avoid the piece of shit that is the Quest 2.

Just get anything BUT Oculus.
Maybe you can get lucky getting an used Vive on ebay/Amazon/Newegg or whatever. Just be sure you have enough space in your room and a good CPU/GPU to handle it.

Just about any of the non Quest/Meta ones are good, but don't be surprised that you'll be shelling out several hundred for them. a Reverb G2 is normally $600 but it can go all the way down to $400 when its on sale.

But man is the porn worth it.

there is truthfully not a lot of VR MMD stuff but it does exist, just harder to find. pretty sure there's a guy who makes a lot of sora videos on iwatra that also makes VR.

keeping an eye on the MMD general in /h/ is a good way to find stuff

You know the surprising thing about VR is that it makes things you wouldn't normally fap to suddenly a lot more interesting. Normally when it comes to regular MMD I avoid dance only videos and certain boring models, but someone seeing in in your face in VR makes even boring videos like that really enjoyable as long as the model is really sexy. Its all about that in your face right in front of you experience. Its a real game changer for porn. And obviously, if you DO find VR MMD with POV sex its the hottest shit ever.
