No one in any entertainment industry has any time to put their fan base before their own self interests in the long run unless you're an established celebrity in movies/voice acting. Even then you'd still need breaks, and don't always put consumers first.
I honestly think the hurricane hit her area and it's possible her home was destroyed. even if cover corp could set up a temporary location for her, it's still gonna take a little bit before she can stream.
