Their company is Voice-Ore, some no name new company that just started a few months ago trying to do both vtubing and voice acting. However the company in general is incompetent as fuck, not knowing how youtube work for one and unlist everyone of their videos for god knows what reasons. This makes it so it's nearly impossible to find anything from the girls, even trying to look for their channel is hard as hell. If you try to look for the video in question you probably won't find it even if you search her name. It also took them at least a month before they were able to play any proper games, before having to rely on shitty freewares.
Kogane before was pretty low on the sub list but only started to incline when she had her videos listed and the YT algorithm kicked in, but a few weeks ago her manager once again unlisted all her videos like the rest. She was also the last to be monetized despite having reached the require number and spoke about it on stream how sad she was because she had no idea if it was going to be possible, especially cause she streams the most out of the three. She's also the one to suffer the most technical problem, her streams always getting cut off or breaking somehow.
They also barely get any promotion at all, their twitter is basically just among themselves and pretty much cut off from the rest of the community, like how none of them list their creator (Rena and Kogane's case would probably benefit from Nabi if there was a bit more mention). They don't even have any discord or anything, barely any communities for them so they're literal whose.
