The rigger doesn't design anything. Nachomama designed Gura, and she did a great job. This isn't about the design. It's about the rigging. The rigger's name is 深海潮 and they did not do a good job. They provided the worst rigging of anyone in Hololive, even worse than most independent vtubers.
