When you realize that numbers disseminate across the company ("I like X, so I'll watch Y as well"), there may have been some Talents not wanting certain audiences or the numbers not growing consistently enough BECAUSE people want what the Touchstones want.
If you clearly signal that "Pippa is the Yab Rabbit" and the others shouldn't pander to that demographic because (Pippa's) numbers are there, then each one can kind of grow on their own. The Fish wants all his Sad Girls to grow (because he makes money off of it). That and sponsorship money is still money.
