1. The ability to retire right now (which we sadly know won't be given to any of these artists)
2. A more interesting job, like using that AI to create a one-man anime or videogame with super crazy art
I get the artists' grievances, I really do (I'm an artist working in the entertainment industry myself). But the people who stand against AIs, while being totally justified from an individual perspective, are also standing against progress, which is a sad situation to be in overall.
