1. It fixes the no content problem where some people are not really doing shit since everyone is always involve in their team.
2. It fixes the grind problem since they can just share and pool resources.
3. It also would fix the problem of other's having nothing to do, they can just stream round the clock on the basis that they're just keeping watch of the base(and people will probably watch it).
4. It would also create unique content since they're force to interact with new people.
5. It will also fix the newbie problem too. It's easier to get yourselt together in a team.
6. Writing for storyline is easier too, it's literally US vs THEM( they can even make it 3 groups to avoid a situation where 1 team wins too early).
