From experience latest I've seen someone get married is 27, but they had already been in a long-term relationship since 24 or 25. Once had a girl try to marry me within 6 months of knowing each other, and having only dated twice (she was 22). Culturally the stigma is there, I personally wouldnt ever date anyone with the prospect of marriage if they're over 23 or 24, and prefer younger if possible. Maybe some people would consider 30 the cutoff, but I think 25 is a safe estimate. There's whole movies/dramas with this premise, some 30 girl is a bombshell and makes good salary but can't find a man because her age. Comedy ensues.
Also there are occasionally guys who know 30yr olds are desparate and go after them just for sex or to manipulate them then dump them later, promising marriage.
