I mean it was expected and Hololive’s biggest flaw is that it spends way to much on their talents and shows. The difference in merch is just one of many things.

Nijisanji will never care about providing talent or fans which anything that will cut into their bottom line. They have Chinese investors to turn a profit for. I like the Nijisanji talents, but I fucking hate the company because it is the epitome of greedy corporatism.
