JPs used to pander to EOPs to inflate their own numbers, but dropped them as soon as they had good enough native numbers that they don't need to pander to filthy EOPs anymore. And the EOPs themselves have also mostly fucked off on their own anyway because they now have much more of their own EN vtubers to watch.
As for JP and EN hololive interactions between themselves, there's two parts two this. Back when Myth first came out and surprised everyone with their massive blowout growth success, the JPs got a bit awed and scared and rushed to interact with them to get some of their new toy shine to rub off on them, hoping it would buff them.
Nowadays the EN novelty has long since died down, most JPs are used to the ENs and have found them to be not really worthwhile collab partners. And there's nothing to be awed by, anymore. There are multiple JPs who absolutely wipe the floor with ENs in regular CCV now, even the best EN Gura with her average 20k has fallen below actual S-tiers like Peko, Marine, Miko, Subaru, etc who have higher or the same avg CCV. And the rest of the EN talents get CCV numbers that are more or less fairly in line with the general Hololive average, so nobody really cares anymore.
