It just brings different kind of problems. For both genders is important to have a strong father figure but society since the beginning of time expects more of men than women in general, so it just more evident the problems that come along with the lack of guidance from a men.
Add to that the difference is hormones and physicality and you get a violent men with little self control in his emotions who take bad decisions in life Vs. a slut with mental problems who will also take bad decisions in life but in a different area.
