Someone who’s bad at a job that requires lots of interpersonal communication will always be inferior to an AI, but someone who’s good at it will always be superior, unless you’re a solipsist who genuinely thinks other people are just as sentient as AI (that is, not at all). If you are, you have much bigger problems to deal with than having a girlfriend or a good therapist
