That's why if a company wants to make an anime, they have to hire a studio. You can't just take your illustrators for a game, convert them into animators, and then have them make an anime. If she's working with the production studio in some capacity, then it would be for things like references and concept sketches and not for the actual animation itself.
But even if she was asked to do concept/reference sketches, there's no way it would take up all of her time.
