But how hard could it have been to just commission someone for a mascot? Or be creative and do your own thing? Feels shitty to me for both the artist that did the image that theyre using and Ame as an IP. Especially since at this particular place, theyre using said mascot for customers to take pictures with for social media.
I think the worst case scenario would just be that they have to remove the images. I really don't think that the business would actually be forced to shut down.
