It just feels incredibly difficult to believe it was formed naturally given red team's composition. I don't think it's as simple as "She wants Red to win this year" like the other anon said, but I do think they prioritized grouping friends > balance and didn't actually go full random. Sora & Azki being split is the only really odd one.
