>>34939933I've done some listening reps, I think an important part of them is to listen to various people, men and women, since everyone has different words that they like to use. Zatsudans are a goldmine for learning new words, game streams tend to have easier langage and slang. When watching vods, being able to look up words I don't recognize online really helps. I think Tanoshii Japanese is a pretty good site for that
I've also bought a kanji dictionary book, it's organized by the difficulty and the frequency of kanjis, I try to write them down to memorize them. It's helpful, but kanjis are kind of hard to read in chat since they look really cramped together, so I still have difficulties reading them, even the ones I do know
