Here's my rrat comment: Ina is not coming back, she says she is going on indefinite break but will graduate, probably before the end of the year.
The fact is, the 10 hours she streams a week isn't the problem, it's the outside of Hololive stuff as well as her shitty lifestyle.
Her shitty diet and exercise frankly need her to have dedication to change. She has shown herself to be lack dedication to things short of art and doing things on her terms. Both of those changes mean lifestyle changes.
Her sleep schedule, again, it requires dedication to stick to. She's going to have to tell a lot of people from all over the world "These are the hours I am sleeping and unavailable, period." something she's not going to do especially since many of her contacts are on the opposite side of the world as she is and she bends to meet their time needs.
Her streaming was pretty much THE only routine she had in life.
Basically, she HAS to sacrifice things to improve her life, and in my opinion, the streaming is going to be what is sacrificed.
As for Hololive, I think they need to lengthen their contracts out to at least 3 year contracts, if not 5 years. Hololive also needs to be the primary focus for the talents, not outside work. A minimum amount of streaming, both days and hours, needs to be implemented. There are literally 1,200 people per slot that apply, those literal basics aren't too much to ask when the potential candidate pool is so large.
