Worst part of the costume is that it really doesn't have the amount of distinctiveness other costumes of the same gen has.
Look at Calli's drip, now back to her original design, now back to Gura, look at Ame's casual attire, back to her detective dress, and back to Gura, etc.
There isn't barely anything besides the apparently obligatory cat ears that can make it stand out compared to other holos, maybe nacho mama could've added more elements from her other creations into her, maybe she could've played with more colors to test what other accents would match Gura's outfit.
This is literally the sleeveless shark hoodie with a darker tone of blue and with a skirt over it.
