Cover does have a merch department. Marine had a stream talking about it. They were suggesting stuff. Btw, some of the oppai mousepads were very limited and are sold by their designers, not them. I don't know if the talents will cover the cost for those however Lamy have explained that the talents do cover the cost of the initial production. She said she went on a negative in a certain month because she had to foot the bill. This was when her pillow cover was released. She never explained if they have the option to not foot the bill but if you see any of the girls releasing merch and it's just a keychain(Mel) or a tote bag (Anya) it's because their Simps didn't give them enough money to cover the deposit for better shit.
