I’ll never understand how Hololive EN will allow vtubers that just.... don't... stream. I feel like there has to be pools of streamers in the anglosphere that will actually stream. Or managers that won’t let them slack off idk man it seems so SILLY. Would love opinions on this.

The viewers are also well conditioned to accept this. Seems like everytime a holoEN streamer hits the 2 hour mark in a stream the viewers start to freak out and start begging the streamer to go rest and sleep. God forbid someone works more than 3 hours a week, specially playing videogames in their own house.

NijiEN's streaming hours are a cultural thing, not management mandated. If somebody decided to be an asshole and not stream, Anycolor wouldn't care so long as he or she still made money and wasn't actively making the branch look bad. What -would- happen is their co-workers would fucking hate them for being lazy and refusing to play with the team.

They're normies. Normies want to play some games with their friends and socialize when streaming. The problem being most of the girls are just acquaintances and the boys they like spending time with gets them thousands of crying manchildren calling you their cheating waifu. That leaves the small handful of girls you have great chemistry with that have their own life and timezone. And of course your 3d streamer friends that won't work.
