Those standards are needlessly complex. With that said, this is the government's fault for making their caligulan laws so convoluted that every TOS is written hy lawyers for lawyers rather than for users...because the law is written by lawyers for lawyers to keep them employed. Would be nice if courts could just accepted a simple disclaimer like:
