Can someone explain to me why people find it so weird that intentionally cute / sexy Vtuber Models attract certain audiences that only want same-sex or solo streams?
Are we actually pretending that half, let alone a tenth of these girls would carry a single tune in the entertainment industry if they weren't cute anime girl collectibles for people to superchat and buy merch from to feel like a part of that Vtuber's circle?
This entire fucking trend builds up on people disguising themselves to be an all-year sexy-halloween-party. There's sexy mocha elves, sexy demonesses, etc. etc. etc. etc.
If your oshi literally can't carry herself without the good looks of her Vtuber model, what makes you people think their target audience would be okay with them getting males on board? Why do you think Top Model shows feature solo girls walking the cat walk instead of couples? It's not because they're so fucking entertaining and funny that they need their own space to walk on.
If you want to have an audience that doesn't lust over you, you've really chosen the worst hobby of all to pick Vtubing, worst of all hololive because your just care about the money, not about the restrictions that come with being corporate.
