Called "kopipe." It comes from the words "copy and paste" and refers to when you just copy and paste a bunch of text from somewhere else instead of typing your own post. This was the origin for the 4chan slang "copypasta", as most old 4chan memes from that time were adapted from Japanese 2ch memes.
