How do vtubers always beforehand know which stream in a multi-part series is gonna be the one where they beat the game?

many of them played the games in pl or in the past before permissions were a thing. Or you know, they research whether the game is stream-worthy beforehand

Several ways they know:
>Watching other playthroughs
Gura and others have mentioned getting ideas of how long game streams take from other people
>Playing off stream
They might not ever admit to it though
>Setting that as the goal for the stream
Sometimes this backfires and the stream lasts several hours longer than anticipated

Check 2/3 playlist of other streamer, see the average lenght of the playthrouh and well, if you don't know when you are close to the end of a game you are fucking dense.

from my experience they ask chat. chat tells them they are a few hours from the end so they decide that the next stream will be the end even if they need to stream longer than normal.

They can just look at whoever else in the company already played the game. Most of them literally don't play games when not streaming and barely know anything about them so they're always checking each other out for possible game ideas, so they know who streamed what and when.
