The only people who need to be afraid of starting on meds are people who are too menhera to describe their own side effects without sounding like a schizo. I’ve gotten on meds that didn’t work/sucked, and what I did was just describe what happened in detail. Oh, and also, demonstrate a basic understanding of statistics. Doctors believe you when you both sound like you know what you’re talking about and when you make clear you know how to listen to experts when you don’t.
