They keep putting so many rules/restrictions that a lot of the girls don't want to play now and so they are just going with its a way to shut it all down rather than keep dealing with a game that is either unfiltered with lot of chance for potential drama issues or extremely filtered which isn't nearly as fun for the streamer/viewers.

Because in actual rust servers, most servers are dominated by clans a week in, and nearly unplayable after 2. And rather than try and fix problems, facepunch just implemented the monthly wipes so players can try again next month.

You can easily play after week one, it's the first three days that are most action-packed, then it settles down. Playable really kind of depends on what you want, if you want nonstop action you play every time it wipes then fuck off, if you want to grind BPs with occasional pvp you can hop on any server after it drops to half population a week in then do that.

Instead of telling her that they want someone else do be the VA for the next game, they gave he an insultingly low offer which no self-respecting VA would take for such a project just so they can claim that "Of coursu we need someone erse to do the VA work, the originaru Voicu Actressu decrined our generous offer."

There's no point in continuing Rust if the Holos who can actually make something entertaining out of it aren't playing it. There's a reason Rust has been slowly dying after Holos like Pekora, Miko and Suisei stopped playing it.

Very rarely is the ratio higher than 3:1 or 4:1 for total recording time vs final used audio runtime. Stop believing bullshit without looking for verification.

Well, it was bound to be just a seasonal thing. I'm somewhat surprised they even bothered doing a S4 considering most members are returning to MC for the SportsFes.
Maybe they'll return to it in a year or two, or maybe they'll actually get into Valheim with something more than a player hosted coop.

Somebody just has to be in charge of it, so they send it off to management. Part of their job is to free the talent from responsibility and any awkwardness by being the bad guy when they have to be.

RUST is a game where if you don't have enough players interested, the game is dull and pointless. If one streamer said "I don't want to play unless there's enough other girls playing", then others are the bad guy if they don't want to play. People come up with rrats about how X doesn't want to play with Y so they sabotaged it by saying no, etc, etc.

If it's management making the decision and shutting the server down if they don't get some vague "enough" number, everyone moves on.
