Bae pretty much revealed herself to be StarsJP fan since day 1, so anyone not cool with that simply didn't follow her and subsequently didn't get disappointed.
I don't know if Mumei did any more homo collabs besides that one group collab where she said almost nothing so people let her off the hook easily. Also, some info about her personal life surfaced early on so it filtered a bit of potential unicorn fans before she even had her 1st homo collab.
Mori is hated due to numerous reasons which anons here simply summarize as "she hates hololive and wants to destroy it". Naturally, interacting with homos falls under "hating hololive" (according to corns), so it should just be taken as proof of how evil that pink woman is AND she should be hated for it.
Kronii gets hate because she was supposed to be a depressed lesbian who never showed interest in men, so many people got emotionally invested in her and when she collabed with homos it broke all sorts of things inside their heads. She also complicated things by trying to backpedal once and then going ahead full throttle after her break.
Ame gets hate because...I guess she's in the same boat as Kronii aka "she collabed with homos out of the blue and broke some hearts". There are also many chumbuds who hate her that add to it ,but that's a different thing.
