She probably noticed on twitter because people might have brought it up because of the depressed nousagi video about Nijisanji and Hololive not collabing, depressed nousagi was the one who said that Kiara and Pomu are like the Romeo and Juliet of vtubers. As for the usual schizos /here/ trolling and shitposting, that's basically a given and to be expected, as it involves talents that are still somewhat contentious (Kiara who still has a few dedicated antis, and Pomu to a lesser degree) and involves Anons' favorite pasttime, tribalfagging about how muh company is better than your company. If they don't have any content from the actual collab to shitpost with, you can bet your ass they will instead just try to use extraneous material to shitpost with, like for example trolling about how "haha, it didn't reach [arbitrary ccv number], it's such a failure haha!"
