This is a phone conversation where Narukami called Mikeneko two years ago and asked her about different (already proven fake and petty) rumors, when asked he mentioned the source was Delutaya. She denied the rumors, then sent the recording to COVER and kept a copy for herself.
Allegedly, there is other people and situations mentioned in the recording unrelated to the current situation, hence why it is not a good idea to release it outside court privacy.
Mikeneko mentioned Delutaya she did not trust her due to this recording, and this is why she would not cooperate through DMs with her, and eventually blocked her when she pushed the topic too much.
Finally, she never insinuated anybody, only name dropped Narukami and vague talked sightly about him under the context of her ongoing legal cases.

Mikeneko never sent antis against her, fans against her, namedropped her or implied her.
If anything, it is Delutaya fault for continue being public friends with the dramafags, but people is free to associate with whoever they wish and not be attacked for it. Antis are everyone's enemies.
