I think Bae's stories are pretty engaging as well, she also has the MOST amount of clips from her streams in the entirety of council and alot of them come from her zatsu
Let me just give you an example of her fun stories which I think are just as, if not more engaging than IRyS

Bae is incapable of zatsuing at ALL when she is playing a game in the background, she has a mental development problem likely due to not having played games before in her life much where her brain becomes hyperfocused and she tunnel visions in on a game, as a result, her commentary is relegated to "reactionary commentary" in response to the games
Compare that to someone like IRyS who can play a videogame and talk/tell stories at the same time because she is capable of multi-tasking and the controls come to her naturally where her body enters autopilot and she can afford to focus her brain on the zatsu
