All I know about her is that one time she called into Gura's(?) birthday stream and critically failed her eigo check, getting labeled "the shame of Japan" by the elevens. Then the next time she called into an EN's totsu she did far better, which I found to be very endearing.
Also I really like that one webm of her passing through that wall challenge and then giving a double peace sign. It's very cute and she has a nice butt. If anyone has that is appreciate it.

It's all based on preferences. Sora is pretty comfy as well. Comfy appeals to a lot of people. Some people don't want over the top screaming or hardcore focus on certain personality traits. Some people just want a cute, autistic girl to chill with. Iroha is comfy and autistic and pretty gosh darn cute. It's a match made in heaven.

You don't need to know the words being said to feel the emotion, intent, and personality behind them. Mori is just terrible all around
