Narukami has denied this in his recent stream, which must therefore make him a liar.
Delu is adamant that she never said it, and is willing to get lawyers involved and go to court over it, something which would backfire spectacularly if she was actually the source.

What do you think is more likely?
Delu is willing to risk everything for no gain.
Or someone you believe to be liar also happened to tell a lie in the past.
