Chances are StarsEN producer will replace him because if we disregard seniority, both of them had the same position (just for different branches). Since EN manager is already native Japanese, who lives in Tokyo and speaks business level English, it could lead to some interesting developments in the future. Nonetheless, props to Shinove for going through hell trying to keep Holostars afloat.

No. Cover specifically hired another person to act as producer/head manager for StarsEN. Job requirements were being able to speak native JP and business level English, and being able to commute to Tokyo head office. There were also some secondary requirements such as having experience with content targeted at women, but those were changed at some point. Besides that, Magni confirmed on stream that omega is not their manager. It's just HololiveEN girls who are stuck with him.
