People need to understand her voice isn't 100% faked, it's a little bit like suisei, it's just the voice they have when they are exited. Suisei go back to her old pitched voice when she play tetris and continue to speak when she is in trouble, and normal RM kiara do the same from time when she get hyped. Though both actually force their voice to be always in this state (well suisei WAS forcing her voice)

Absolutely. It wouldn't suddenly make her top 3 EN or anything like that, but it would probably increase her following by like 10-20%.
I would tune in, if nothing else. I've tried several times but I always ditch the stream after like 5 minutes solely because of the voice.
