The tiers are based on a middle ground between their experience with Minecraft and their overall skill as gamers (that's why Towa and Haachama are both on B tier but for opposite reasons, for example). Just my rough impressions of what each Holomem is able to do, which may be incorrect in some instances since I lack experience with some of them, specially HoloX.
