It won't happen with EN3 but I could see things changing by EN4. Cover has been moving in that direction since the release of holostars and the first mixed gender group would definitely be in the EN branch. They are going to continue to encourage large group collabs with Tempus and the nature of peer pressure will cause most of the other talents to eventually agree to them.
