Weaknesses:

It's not like she'd need extensive knowledge, but at least I'd like if she took the time to learn her own setup, what PC parts she has and what needs to be improved and learn to fix her constant issues with audio input/output. Also pls fix the Reineboard.
>reluctancy to do certain streamsThere's a myriad of streams she could do that would be truly exciting to see, but for some reason she doesn't. The countless pojects streams like Holovention (although admittedly that would be grounds for shitflinging, so I merely mention it as an additional example), the rap battle, the Gaki no Tsukai/Taskmaster batsu games, collabs with various JP members that she got along with swellingly just to never get back to them again, zatsudans in general, and she has also largely dropped cooking and art streams.
>a disconnect with the casual HoloEN audienceKiara's just simply not popular with normalfags. Although that would be positive otherwise, but she has yet to get the recognition she deserves because she lacks an easy to grab on entry point to her content, be it a meme, a truly 10/10 performance or regular content, not to mention her lack of understanding of memes and popculture references.
Strengths:
>entertaining to no endShe is the best streamer in EN bar none when it comes to presence (maybe Fauna comes close in solo streams, no one else). I said that she avoids zatsus, but that's mainly because she can guarantee a good gameplay stream 99% of the time. She's funny without relying on internet humor, she's still hard carrying collabs to this day, adapts to situations really well and has a lot of added value to each and every stream of hers with all the tangents.
>extremely professional mindsetKiara is quite literally made for Hololive. She understands the JP wants and needs perfectly and as a result she is loved by management. Her personal projects are extremely high quality and improve over time (for example, her Fever Night and DO U MVs are on top besides Marine's extravagant MVs, simply because she has a good sense in directing her projects) and she always discloses the perfect amount of information, with reasoning behind it.
>outstanding audience interactionKiara might scare away the normalfags, but those she can count on are heftily rewarded. She doesn't need to rely on cheap GFE gimmicks to create a sense of closeness and intimacy, but still keeps enough leeway for herself to not get in trouble with the schizos. Kiara will update you on every minute detail of herself that's relevant and she has a genuine interest in her fans as well. She also pays attention to chat at all times and she makes it a point to make chatting worthwhile, something which is rare in streaming these days once you reach that chat speed.
