I noticed some people assumed Axel was randomly flailing around and managed to get the right answer in the last game. He did not. There were the four possible scenarios in the last game:

-Axel didn’t get robbed and got executed (lose)
-Axel got robbed and executed (lose as villager)
-Axel got robbed and double executed wrong person (lose as villager)
-Axel got robbed and double executed the robber (WIN)

Axel realized his only win condition was if he got robbed and convinced people to go with it.
