In the anniversary stream where she made the general apology, she talked about the stream where chat was joking too much and she had a meltdown mid stream. That stream was also the time where she lashed out against Villa (He was a Sopa/Luna regular)
That time it seems he try to light up the bad mood of the stream by making a joke with a word game using "rararine" instead of "rurine" and Luna started puttin him on the spot accusing him of trying to make fun of her. After that he seemed to realize that she was actually mad and he tried to excuse himself saying that it was an auto corrector mistake but Luna didn't buy that and called him a lier because the translator wouldn't make such specific mistake.

But she seems to be getting better on keeping the keyfabe. There is also the fact that some of her regulars have not a gram of dignity inside their bodies like Merol who had to send her an aka supa apologizing for having an attitude that Luna took offense on.
