For women especially your physical appearance is 90% of what matters to make it as an online entertainer, and now with vtubers even the fattest whales around can be a cute girl online. You think ironmouse has a disease that makes her bedridden? Yeah, the disease is called being fucking too fat to fit through her goddamn front door.
I'm sure there are exceptions out there but most aren't going to be openly fatphobic because if they're a vtuber they are either fat, or have to collab/network with fat people constantly.
