>>36499339I'm neither of those anons but the answer is unironically kind of both. Either go full random, creating new teams, new dynamics, new interactions etc, or try and create teams where the preexisting relationships are already established and everyone can be with most of their friends.
The result instead is that red team clearly got to all be with their friends, white team kind of did, and yellow team was mostly leftovers.
