Since it's all made to order there's no limits on how many can be sold or for how long but there are wait times (like 2 weeks for a t-shirt) before an order's shipped and the only reason it'd be taken down is if the creator didn't want to sell it anymore. Not all physical merch sold on booth uses it but a lot of it does, especially indie vtuber stuff because of how easy and hassle free it makes selling merch.
