They don't.
They eventually have mental breakdowns which they disguise as taking a break (except the particularly stupid ones who break down publicly) and then they come back slightly more jaded than they were before.
The process repeats itself until they can no longer deal with it and they graduate.

Depends on the chuuba.
The mentally strong ones just persevere through it. If something does gets through their armor, they take breaks or socialize to take their minds off it.
The menhara ones depend on their coworkers and network mostly, and will probably pick up a habit to take their minds off it.
Also, corpo chuubas have managers and support staff that help them deal with stuff like this.
