>>36414494Mori's latest song is bad even by her own standards, but I don't think comparing original songs with covers is fair. Every time anyone does an original song they're always taking a risk because they can't possibly know if their audience will like the beat/lyrics, but with covers you already know how people reacted to its original release. All you need to do is pick something that matches your voice and get someone decent at mixing, and that alone guarantees hundreds of thousands if not millions of views. Covering vocaloid songs is almost always a safe bet.
I can't wrap my head around this incessant spam of low quality music from Mori. Pre-UMG she had some good songs and that resulted in high number of views/plays and fans' praise, even anons here who hate Mori mostly admit that her Live Again, Red and few other tracks are decent. Why does she refuse to release new tracks similar to what her fans already like and instead spams shit in hopes of finding one thing that sticks? Is she doing a Nijisanji? Is UMG forcing her to meet a quota?
